Dress for Success is a worldwide organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing professional clothing, career development and a supportive network. The mission of Dress for Success ties in with the International Women's Day 2023 theme “Embrace Equity.”

March is Women's History Month, an annual celebration and recognition of women's achievements and contributions to society throughout American history. The 2024 theme for Women's History Month is; “Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion” and aims to highlight women who have historically fought for the elimination of discrimination and bias.
