Mermaids overarching aim is to create a world where gender diverse children and young people can be themselves and thrive; to this end, our goal is to relieve the mental and emotional stress of all those aged 19 years and under who are transgender, nonbinary and gender variant, as well as to promote education and awareness.

Trans Lifeline

Trans Lifeline is a national trans-led 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving the quality of trans lives by responding to the critical needs of our community with direct service, material support, advocacy, and education. Our vision is to fight the epidemic of trans suicide and improve overall life-outcomes of trans people by facilitating justice-oriented, collective community aid.

TransFamilies inspires hope for parents of gender diverse children by providing them with the guidance, understanding, and community they need to best honor their child’s unique gender pathway.

TEP is building the equitable future we all deserve by fueling 2TIGE (2Spirit, Trans, Intersex, and Gender Expansive) power while calling all people into organizing, healing, and collective action for lasting change.
