We are profoundly saddened by the devastating destruction caused by the wildfires ravaging Los Angeles County, resulting in loss of life and intensifying humanitarian needs in Southern California. As an organization committed to giving to those in need, AMG has committed a $50,000 donation toward humanitarian support, benefiting the below charitable organizations that are providing immediate aid to those directly impacted by this natural disaster.

World Central Kitchen, Inc.

Founded in 2010 by Chef José Andrés, World Central Kitchen (WCK) is first to the frontlines providing fresh meals in response to crises. Applying our model of quick action, leveraging local resources, and adapting in real time, WCK has served hundreds of millions nourishing meals around the world.When disaster strikes, WCK’s Relief Team mobilizes with the urgency of now to start cooking meals for people in need. WCK serves comforting meals to survivors of disasters quickly by partnering with organizations on the ground and activating a network of local restaurants, food trucks, or kitchens. To support regional economies, WCK prioritizes purchasing local ingredients to cook with or distribute. Food provides not only nourishment, but also comfort and hope, especially in times of crisis.

California Fire Foundation

The California Fire Foundation, a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization, provides emotional and financial assistance to families of fallen firefighters, firefighters and the communities they protect.Formed in 1987 by California Professional Firefighters, the California Fire Foundation’s mandate includes an array of survivor and victim assistance programs and community initiatives including: the California Firefighters Memorial, the Daniel A. Terry Scholarship for children of fallen firefighters, the California Firefighters Benevolent Fund, the California Last Alarm Service Team and Pipes and Drums of CPF, public safety campaigns in underserved communities via Firefighters on Your Side, the Supplying Aid to Victims of Emergency (SAVE) Program, efforts for long term wildfire relief, and more.
